Orders will be process & dispatch within 1-3 working days, some orders might take a little longer, please allow up to 5 business days.

Please note: if you have requested for the parcel to be left safe place or to another forwarding courier, this will be 100% at your own risk.

In the unlikely event if you do not receive your orders within the time frame set please get in touch with us immediately.

All delivery time frames are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

All shipping charges will be calculated & shown clearly at checkout base on geographic areas. 

ADDRESS INPUT: Please double check your address at check out and make sure that it is 100% correct, in the cases of wrong address input there will be charges for redelivery.

We/our couriers  are not liable for lost parcel delivered to wrong address input.
